FIANNA FAIL SLATED IN COURT OUTBURST.

MURDER TRIAL ENDS.

Irishman's Fierce Tirade Against Tribunal. GOVERNMENT INDICTED. United Press Association.—Copyright. (Received 12 noon.) DUBLIN, July 21. A military tribunal unpreeedentedly passed the first sentence of death in seven years when it sentenced to hanging Michael Conway, garage employee, for the murder of John Egan, whose body was found riddled with machine-gun bullets in his home at Dungarvan, County Waterford, 011 April 26. Conway refused to recognise the Court. lie did not call witnesses and was not represented legally. He said: "1 expected this verdict from such a packed tribunal of traitors, but it is unjust. I did not participate in the murder. Mr. Sean McEntee, Minister of Finance, deliberately prejudiced the case when he declared oil June 21, 'Regarding the murder of Egan, you'll get proof in a few days. It will be a sorry day for those responsible.' That proves the Fianna Fail sentenced me last month. The Government had to find a victim to save its face."

Evidence showed tliat fingerprints found 011 an abandoned motor car were Conway's, whose fingertips recently were partially destroyed.
