OVER £700 A FOOT PAID. (By Telegraph.—Tress Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Tuesday. An important sale of city real estate was completed to-day, «lien a relnihoiy small frontage in the heart of the city on Colombo Street between Hereford and Cashel Streets changed hands. Tie section sold is occupied by F. tl. Steel, Limited, butchers. The buyer was Mr. -T. M. Gibbs for a company which he is forming, and which has arranged a le. se to Shillings, Limited. The price paid was between £700 and £300 a foot.
