SUCCESSFUL SEASON.
DUNEDIN JOCKEY CLUB. BEST ATTENDANCES FOR YEARS. (By Telegraph.—Special to "Star.") DUNEDIN, this day. The Dunedin Jockey Club,- in its annual report, states that operations for the year show a profit. The totalieator investments amounted to £155,938, as against £126,249 for the previous year. Stakes for the year were increased by £1465. The attendance of the public has. been better than for years past, the of owners satisfactory, and the racing excellent. Mr. A. C. Hanlon, K.C., is again president for the ensuing year, and Mr. L. C. Hazlettj-vicerpreeident.
