MOTHERS' UNION.

PAPATOETOE. There was a large attendance at the monthly meeting of the Mothers' Union, Papatoetoe branch, which was held in St. George's Church, Papatoetoe. The usual • devotional service was conducted by the vicar, the Rev. H. Bedford. Mrs. E. Cammell, lady corps superintendent of the St. John Ambulance Brigade, gave,:an address on "First Aid For Mothers." Afternoon tea, arranged by Mesdames H. P. Greenhough, E. Hadlow and P. Taylor, closed a pleasant meeting.
