PEACE MOVEMENT.

MEETING HELD. The usual meeting of the Women's International League for Peace and Freedom was held at the Fabian Club on Tuesday, Mrs. Pickett presiding. A large amount of correspondence was dealt with, including a letter from Canon Sheppard's Peace Association, which sent a number of cards pledging those who signed them (men) to refuse to assist or sanction war in any w*ay whatever. It is hoped that 250,000 signatures will be obtained.
