MISSING SUIT LENGTHS,

j Arrested by Detective F. J. Brady, a | window dresser, John Burns, aged 29, I appeared in the Police Court to-day, j charged, on July 10, with theft of two j suit lengths valued at £3 12/, the property of Alfred Bevege and Company. I On the application of Senior Detective | S. G. Hall, accused, for whom Mr. Allan I Moody appeared, was remanded until July 27. Bail of £100 was allowed. , Arthur Ernest Tapp.'aged 44, billiard ■marker, arrested by Detective A. Moore, on a charge of receiving two suit lengths I valued at £3 12/ from John Burns, on July IG, knowing the same to have been dishonestly obtained, was also remanded to appear July 27. In his case bail was fixed at £120. Mr. I Skelton appeared for Tapp.
