CIVIL WAR IN CHINA. (Received 9;30 a.m.) S HONGKONG, July 19. General Chen C'hi-tang, Cantonese leader against the Central (Xanking) Government, arrived in a British gunboat and is now in hiding. His flight signalises victory for Marshal Chiang Kai-shek, dictator of the Nanking Government.
