UNION REGISTERED.

After being non-existent since 1922, a Sailmakers and Riggers' Union has been registered, and a meeting of employees in° the trade will be >held to-night to draw up proposals to submit to employers, with the object of getting an award. All told there are about 2o employees concerned in Auckland. Prior to 102*2 there was a Sail, Tent and Cover .Makers' Union, but it lapsed.
