LOCARNO POWERS.
Britain, France and Belgium To Meet. PARLEYS IN LONDON. (Received 12.30 p.m.) PARIS, July 17. It is reliably stated that the conversations of the Locarno Powers will be held in London next week. Britain, France and Belgium will be represented. It is hoped that a fuller meeting, including Italy and Germany will be held in September in Brussels.
M. Blum and M. Delbos are expected to represent France at the London meeting. ■A later message states that the meeting has been fixed for July 23.
