AucklaTW district branch of the New Zealand Institute of Public Administration has arranged a series of interesting lectures for the coming season. Subjcct to final arrangements being made in one or two cases, the programme is as follows:—July 20, "Public Administration Abroad," by Mr. F. B. Stephens; August 5, "The Ciown Prerogative," by Mr. A. H. Johnstone, K.C.; August 21, "Departmental Lecture"; September 10, "The Indian Civil Service," by Mr. S. N. Ziman; October 5, lecture on a subject to be selected, by Mr. L. K. Munro; October 19, "Departmental Lecture"; November 2, "The British Civil Service," by Mr. W. J. Lyon, M.P.
