UNDEFENDED SUITS. On the ground of adultery, a decree nisi was granted Leonore Emily MeKenzie (.Mr. Meredith) against Rhys Ernest McKenzie (Mr. Meredith) in the Supreme Court to-day by Mr. Justice Callan. The petitioner stated tliat she was married to the respondent in January, 1925. There were 110 children. in October, 192G, in consequence of her husband's conduct towards her she left him. Evidence of an affiliatio norder boing made against the . espondent in 1935 was given as proof of the adultery. A deed of reparation entered into in ' 1932, as the result of unhappy dif-i ferences, was the ground on which a decree was granted to James Douglas (Mr. Schramm) against Beatrice Ethel Sarah Douglas (Mr. A. M. Goulding). The parties were married at Gisborne in 1923. 1
