LCRRY DRIVER'S ESCAPE. VEHICLE FALLS INTO GULLY. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) HAMILTON", Wednesday. A miraculous escape from serious | injury was experienced by Mr. James Lees, of Glenmassey, when a lorry, crashed over a bank in Mile Bush, on the Ngaruawaliia-Waingaro Road this morning. Mr. Lees was driving the lorry to Ngaruawahia and collided on a corner with another car. A few yards further on the lorry crashed over a bank into a gullv 20 feet below. Mr. Lees fell out as the vehicle overturned and was caught ill some trees. He escaped with a shaking and severe bruising. The lorry was badly wrecked.
