ANNUAL BALL.
THREE KINGS TENNIS CLUB. The annual ball and presentation of trophies of the Three Kings Tennis Club was held in the Crystal Palace last evening. A pleasant atmosphere was created by. the tasteful decorations of the tables in. the club's colours of blue and gold; supplemented by vases of Iceland poppies. The guests were received by the president of the club, Mr. Adams and Mrs, Adams, who was wearing ,a frock of white craquelle. The ladies of the committee present were:—Mrs. E. Kisbv, in black angel skin lace, scarlet coatee; Mrs. J. Lamont, cream. Chantilly lace; and Miss R. Satcliell, rust red georgette. Mr. Adams, who presented the trophies, extended apologies for the absence of Mr. McCullough, the chairman of Mount Board;' Trophies were'presented as follows:—Ladies' championship singles, Miss M. Hillary; men's championship singles, Mr. G. Belcher; ladies', championship do.ubles, Miss I. Coyle and Miss L. Saunders; men's championship doubles, Messrs. G. Belcher and F. Blewden; ladies' handicap singles, Miss I. Coyle; men's handicap singles. Mr. D. Spencer; combined doubles, Miss R. Satchell and Mr. T. Chalcraft; and finally McCullough Cup for most.improved young player, Mr. B. Arkell. " •• ....
