WRESTLING.
KRUSE-KENT BOUT NEXT. On Saturday evening at the Town Hall the first appearance in Auckland will be made of the American wrestler Bob ICruse, who will meet Harry Kent. Despite the fact that Kruse has a reputation for being among the top-notchers in the world class, there is every reason for believing that Kent, who is fast, clever and dashing, will fully extend him. Following are the amateur preliminaries: -T. McDonald (Broadway), 11.6, v. D. Skelton (Kiwi), 11.10; .T. Walsh (Brighton), fi.O. v. E. Pinches (Community Sunshine), !).0; C. Harper (Leys), 8.0, v. P. Fribence (Grafton), 9.3; F. Crowhurst (Broadway), 10.0, v. M. Walters (Lynndale), 10.0.
