PLAYHOUSE PLAYERS.
With, a medieval setting, Eden Phillpotts' "The Purple Bedroom" 1 provided excellent entertainment ;at Monday's meeting of the Playhouse Players held in the studio, Upper Queen Street. The players were Messrs. J. W. Bailey, D. Frith, IST. Ward, G. Cornwall, with Velma Carter taking the part of Ann, the abigail. To complete the evening various members assisted in rendering "WurzelF.ummery," by A. A. Milne, and "For Wintei, For Summer," a ten-minute play by Nancy Boyd.
