NORTHLAND RUGBY.
Tour of South Island. (By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. The travel requirements for the tour of the North Auckland Rugby representatives to the South has been arranged by the Government Tourist Department, and a comprehensive itinerary and inclusive costs to supporters who will accompany the team has been mapped out. The Department recognises that the tour will be a very fine advertisement for Northland, and it will also provide an excellent opportunity for northern people to see much of both the North and South Islands under ideal conditions. I
The party will leave Whangarei at 11.48 a.m. on Monday. August 24, and return on Friday, September 11.
