ADJOURNMENT OF PARLEYS. British Ofllcinl Wireless. (Received 12.30 p.m.) RUGBY, June 20. -The conference between representatives of Turkey and Allied Powers at Montreux, Switzerland, finished its first reading of the Turkish draft of a new Dardanelles convention, and adjourned until after the League Assembly meeting, leaving a technical committee at work upon those articles on which a measure of agreement has been reached for consideration of the full conference when it reassembles. Meanwhile, the chief British delegate, Earl Stanhope, has gone to Geneva to discuss points with Mr. Anthony Eden.
