Murder Trial,

MOTOR ACCIDENT SEQUEL. (Received 9.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. In the' Sydney Criminal Court yesterday Henry Joseph Maudlin, aged 27, was found guilty of the murder of Charles Dawson on May 5. Maudlin was sentenced to death. His chief defence was that he was mentally unstable owing to a serious car accident ill 1925, when his skull was fractured.
