LEGACIES TOTALLING £8000. MISSIONS TO BENEFIT. (By Telegraph.—rress Association.) INVERCARGILL, Wednesday. Public bequests totalling £8000 are made, subject to a life interest, under the will of Mr. James Fleck, who died at Rjverton on June 9. In his lifetime Mr. Fleck also gave a great deal of money to charity, often anonymously. The institutions which will benefit by his will are as follows: — Southland Presbytery, for the benefit of Presbyterian orphanages, £1000. Presbyterian Maori Mission, £500. Southland Corps of the Salvation Army, £1000. New Hebrides Island Presbyterian Mission, £500. Presbyterian Indian Mission, £1000. Presbyterian China Mission, £1000. British and Foreign Bible Society, £1000. New Zealand Alliance, £1000. Riverton and District Progress League, £1000.
