Also 000 bales were sold privately. There was good competition, cluetly from the Continental and Yorkshire seclions, and the market was firm at tnc previous; day's rates. Withdrawals, were heavy owing to reserves. Japanese again looked on "\vitnout o£)Ci<i" ting. Greasy Merino sold to 21d. PRICE OF SILVER. (Received 12.15 p.«n.) LONDON, June 16.
