MR. THOMAS' SON REFUSES. e (Received 10 a.m.) LONDON, June 14. Mr. Leslie Thomas has declined an invitation from Derby to contest his father's seat in Parliament, which the latter has held since 1910 and which he resigned following the findings of the Budget leakage inquiry.
