A "WEEK OF INSTRUCTION. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) MASTERTON, tbis day. Youn" farmers froni clubs in many parts of the North Island are in camp at Solway for a week of instruction organised by the Wairarapa Provincial Council of the movement. Last evening the visitors were accorded a civic reception in the Town Hall by the Mayor, Mr. T. Jordan, who stressed the need for the establishment of. a farm school at Penrose so that young farmers could receive instruction in farming pursuits. The week will be occupied in visits to farms and other places of interest, while a series of lectures and addresses on farming subjects has also been arranged.
