RESISTED POLICE.
(By Telegraph—Own Correspondent.) OPOTIKI, this day. Charges of drunkenness and disorderly conduct and resisting the policewere preferred at the Opotiki Police Court yesterday, against George ,, Hudson, a married man. Accused was convicted and discharged on the charge of drunkenness, and sentenced to two months' imprisonment foi resisting the police.
