AERO SPORT.
At a local demonstration during the weekend the announcer was heard to refer to a section of the spectators as being in the Scotsmen's or Jewish grandstand. Maybe these remarks sound funny to him, but when he becomes' aware of the reason that those thoughtful motorists drove round his sarcasm will become a boomerang. The previous weekend I attended the grqunds and had a trying time, firstly, avoiding cyclists and watching for reckless motorists (if so "tliey can be called) who would push past without warning. Perhaps lie will realise that not because of a collection, as I am sure they would have given freer than some 011 the grounds, but just common motoring sense, was the reason. His hopes and wishes re punctures, crankshaft trouble, etc., are a form of sarcasm not appreciated by any motorist of experience. If the announcer were to remember, "Do unto others as they should do unto you," lie would do more for his comrades and help to advance aviation. ENGLISH MOTORIST.
