RIFLE SHOOTING.
A shoot was held at Opotikl during: the week-end between Whakatanp and Opotiki teams over 500 yards and 600 yards. It resulted in a tie. both teams scoring 47<>.
J. Joblin and .T. Clark were top scorers for Opotikl, wltii 85, and J. Hand tor Whakatanp, with 87.
