APPEAL DISMISSED.
CONVICTED MURDERER. SYDNEY. May 15. The Full Court of Criminal Appeal to-day unanimously dismissed the appeal of Aubrey Potter against the sentence of death passed upon him on a charge of complicity in the shooting of Mr. Norman Stead in his Darlinghurst garage on February 10. Potter, who is aged '21, was in company with another bandit named James Massey (27), who actually shot Mr. Stead. Both were sentenced to death on March 30. Potter said that he had not known i Massey"s revolver was loaded.
