THEFT OF STOVE.
(From Our Own Correspondent.) TE AWAMUTU, Friday. Before Messrs. G. A. Empson and W. Swain, J.P.'s, at the Te Awamutu Court yesterday morning a Maori pensioner, Taumanuku Maniapoto, was charged with the theft of a stove valued at £2, the property of Bellam and Murray, at, Toka.nui Crossroads. Constable H. Shaw, of Kihikihi, said a complaint was made to him that the stove had been removed from a whare at Toka.nui. Accused, who eaid he thought the stove had been abandoned,.was fined £2.1
