He was ilic only candidate and received 754 from a possible Oil votes. The Foreign Minister, Senor Bareia. is forming a GovernmeiK. The National Federation of Labour, the most formidable Spanish political force, numbering 3,500,000, has decided to establish Soviets throughout the country with the collaboration of trade unions and anarchists, indicating the early realisation of Communism.
