The Forbury Park Trotting Club's winter meeting was concluded to-day in cold, showery weather. The track was heavier than on the previous day, but the attendance was good in the circumstances. Great Wood had three wins and one second in four starts at the meeting. Young Travis dropped dead soon after the start of the Royal Handicap. The totalisator handled £10,278 for the day.
