MOVIE WORKERS.

ARBITRATION HEARING. LEAVE TO WITHDRAW CASE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. When the Dominion motion picture projectionists' dispute was called for hearing* in the Arbitration Court to-day Mr. J. Roberts, representing the Workers' Union, asked for leave to withdraw the ease.

Mr. W. J. Mount joy, for the employers, said that, with the exception of three clauses, agreement had bepn reached in conciliation council. He suggested that the Court hear the outstanding matters.

Mr. Roberts objected to this course, saying that fresh proceedings could be taken it' necessary. After the hearing of argument the Court granted the application.
