A collision between a lorry driven by Mr F. Jones and a car driven by Mr. I*. Turner, with Mrs. Turner and three, children as passengers, occurred on the l'apamoa Road. A tyre on the lorry blew out, causing the larger vehicle to swerve against the car, Mrs. Turner received facial injuries; neeessitatir.g the insertion of several switches, while Mr. Turner's face was badly cut. %
