WITH SOCIAL CREDIT STATE,
VANCOUVER, April 16.
The Premier of British Columbia, Mr. T. D. Patullo, announces that his Government will not establish a provincial bank or co-operate in one with Mr. William Aberhart, Social Credit Premier of Alberta, who, on April 12, requested co-operation in establishment of a biprovincial bank.
