CUSTODY OF HEIRESS.
MOTHER'S APPEAL FAILS. WASHINGTON, March 31. The United States . Supreme Court refused to review tlie case of Mrs. Gloria Morgan Vanderbilt to recover the custody of her child Gloria from her paternal aunt, Mrs. Gertrude Vanderbilt Whitney. This probably will close the long legal flglit for the control of the fortune of the young heiress left by her father, the late Mr. Reginald Vanderbilt.
