CHILD'S THIGH BROKEN
Betty MePherson, aged seven, the daughter of Mr. D. MePherson, of Pokeno, fell while plaving in the grounds of the Pokeno Valley School and suffered a broken thigh. She was taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John ambulance. Her condition is satisfactory.
