TAURIKO FARMERS' BRANCH.

TAURANGA, Tuesday.
Officers wero elected by the Tauriko farmers' branch of the New Zealand Labour party, as follows: —President, Mr. J. Alach; vice-president, Mr. R. Green; secretary and treasurer, Mr. A. Hubert; delegates to the Labour Representation committee, Messrs. J. Alach and J. Moore; delegate to the national conference, Mr. J. Moore.
The annual meeting of the Auckland West Branch of the New Zealand Labour Party was held last evening in the Leys Institute, Mr. C. B. Lusty, the retiring president, presiding. A large number of new members were admitted. The election of officers resulted:—President, Mr. McCreadv; vice-presidents, Mrs. E. Prjnce, Mr. T. Casley; secretary, Mr. C. Bailey; rlplpcrates to Labour Representation Council Mrs. E. W. Moore Mr. H. G. Staley; deputy-delegate, Mr. C. B. Lusty; committee, Mesdames A. J. Wynn, L. H. Harrison, Messrs. V. Johnson, F. W. Castle, H. G. Staley; auditor, Mr. F. W. Castle.
