NIAGARA FOR SYDNEY. KEIFUKU MARU FROM JAPAN. MAMARI TO LOAD. The Royal Mail steamer Niagara, which arrived yesterday afternoon from Vancouver, is due to leave for Sydney at 10 p.m. to-day. In addition to her through passengers, a large number are joining her here. The Japanese steamer Keifuku Maru, 5831 tons (Captain Taroa Honda), arrived from Kobe early tins morning, berthing later at the Queen's wharf. She left Kobe on February 2.3, and made a call at Noumea for Trocas shell, meeting With exceptionally line weather throughout. Messrs. Russell and Somers, the local agents for the Yamashita Kisen Kaisha Line, expect to dispatch the ship for Wellington early this evening. The Shaw, Savill's steamer Mamari is due from Gisborne at 4-iU p.m. to-day to load for London. Wairuna, which arrived from the Pacific Coast yesterday morning, leaves to-morrow afternoon for Napier and Wellington. (U.S.S. Co.) Monowai arrived from Sydney yesterdav afternoon, berthing at the Princes wharf. She resumes tier run to Wellington at 5 p.m. to-morrow. (U.S.S. Co.) Wingatui arrived early this morning from Wellington. She leaves to-morrow for Portland, and returns South on Friday afternoon. (U.S.S. Co.) Canadian Planter will arrive from Melbourne at 2 a.m. to-morrow for final loading. She will sail on Thursday for New York, Boston and Halifax, via Panama. (C.N.S.) Monterey' arrived at Suva morning and sails at 5 p.m. for Auckland. She is due here at 7 a.m. on Friday, sailing for Sydney and Melbourne 10 p.m. (H. and M.) Hertford completed loading Auckland cargo for Liverpool and left for Wellington and South Island ports at 7.45 a.m. (N.Z.S. Co.) Hororata radios she expects to arrive at Opua at noon on Thursday.
