MARY PRATT AGAIN. SURGE TAKES A DOUBLE. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CROMWELL, Saturday. The Cromwell Jockey Club was unfortunate in the weather for the concluding day. Before and after mid day a heavy northerly gale raged and about two o'clock rain set in and continued for over an hour, later giving place to a bitterly cold southerly.
