PROTEST TO ROME.

BRITAIN SEEKS INQUIRY. British Official Wireless. (Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY, March 6. The British Ambassador to Rome, Sir Erie Drummondi has been instructed to lodge an immediate protest with the Italian Government in regard to the bonibing" of the British ambulance. The Italian Government is being requested to order an immediate investigation, and in the meantime to issue the strictest instructions against recurrence of the incident.
