The revenue? from Customs duties foi January exceeded the estimates by £5204. The import duties amounted to £34,732, as against an estimate of £28,708. The import port service tax brought in £1973, as against the estimated amount of £1667. The export tax, however, was £1126 less than anticipated, largely due to smaller shipments of'sug&r and copra. Merchants are much more: hopeful of future business
