FARMER'S NECK BROKEN.

DRAY FALLS OVER BANK.

DUNEDIN, Friday.

As a result A of a dray capsizing over a "bank, Mr. Andrew Melville, aged 33, a farmer of the Milton district, was killed instantaneously last evening. Mr. Melville had been assisting a neighbouring farmer with the harvest, and was driving home when the horse attached to the dray swerved to the side of the road, causing the vehicle to capsize. Mr. Melville's neck was broken.
