HEALTH LECTURES.

A large audience of women heard Madame Lauri Alwyn's lectui-e on the "Psychology of Sex," and health and beauty subjects, in the Lewis Eady Hall last evening. The lecturer dealt with the effects of faulty posture and incorrect diet and showed in a series of exercises how' to develop a beautiful figure. Shi emphasised that without interior health beauty was impossible, since unhealthy systems would not absorb even the most expensive facial treatments. J.he lecture, with questions and answers, occupied nearly three hours. To-morrow evening Madame Alwyn will lecture to a mixed audience in the Lewis Lady Hall, and on Monday she will give her final lecture, demands made on her time by pupils rendering further public addresses impracticable.
