FOR WAITEMATA.
NEW ELECTRICITY LOAN.
POLL ON WEDNESDAY.
The loan poll ,to be taken on Wednesday by the Waitemata Electric Power Board over the whole of its area, is one of the those proposals which may be misunderstood by the casual ratepayer. Only one person can vote in respect of any one property —a wife, for example, cannot vote by virtue of her husband s rin-ht, and each ratepayer has one vote only. The districts in which polling will take, place are:—Boroughs: DevonTiort Takapuna, Nortlicote, Birkenhead. Town boards: Glen Eden, Henderson, Warkwortli and Helensville. Counties: Rodney and Waitemata.
