His part in fellowship gatherings of the various denominations, as well as in civic work generally, had promoted a fine spirit in the community, and lie would take with him the good will of everyone.

Father McGratli in reply, thanked the speakers for their great kindness, which ■\vas tho last of a long series. On all occasions the council and staff had cooperated with him in any good work done, - and their spirit had been ail inspiration to the people generally. He had had a fine body of helpers among his own church people, with whom it was always a pleasure to work whenever occasion arose. He wished the council and the district a full measure of prosperity.
