FAR EAST INCIDENTS.
PROTEST TO SOVIET RUSSIA. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, February 5. The "Daily Mail" Tokyo correspondent states that Manehukuo has protested to Russia against the Mongolian 1 frontier incidents of January 29 and 30, demanding that the mutineers shall be handed over and the recurrence of sucli incidents prevented.
