Waikaid Racing Club's programme lia s ,been drawn up, and should,meet with a good response from'owners. : 'The principal evenfedon-the opening day ai*e the Storey Memorial Handicap of £300, one mile and a quarter, the Waikato Hack Cup of £250, one mile, and the President's Handicap of £225, six furlongs. The Vercoe Handicap of £275, one mile, and the Flying Handicap of £200, six furlongs, are the chief events on the second day, while there is no race of less value than £150 oh either, day. The meeting will be held on February 22 and 24, and nominations close with "Me"3re. Blomfield and Company, Shortland Street, Auckland, or with the secretary, 2.!r. E. H. O'Meara, Hamilton, at 5 p.m. on [ Friday, January 31.
