THE BANK'S REPORT
The Bank of New Zealand has received the following advice from its London office as at the close of business this week:—Wethers: Trade is slow. Ewes: The market is firm. Lambs: 'i here ,s a weaker tendency; buyers are taking only small quantities at present prices. Wethers, light 4%d to 5%d per lb, heavy 3%d to 4%d; ewes, 2%d to" 3%d; lambs, twos BJ/4d8 J /4d to B%d, eights B%d to BV4d, fours not quoted, seconds not quoted.
