THEFT AT PONSONBY.

WATCH AND CASH STOLEN. A wristlet watch and 10/ in cash were stolen from the house of Mr. J. B. McDonald, 27, England Street, Ponsonby, about 4 o'clock this morning. The thief entered by the back door, which was left unlocked, and departed without awakening the occupants.
