WEATHER FORECAST.
FOR CITY AND PROVINCE. The Government Meteorologist issued to the "Auckland Star" this afternoon the following special weather forecast for the Auckland province to as far south as T'auranga, Kawhia and Hamilton: — Moderate to fresh south-easterly wind*,, later turning more southerly. The weather will be rather unsettled at first, with ecattercd showers, mainly in eastern parts, but improving. Temperatures cool. Seas rough, but moderating on the west coast and moderate to rather rough on the east. Pressure is etill low to the north-cast, but an anti-cyclone covere the Taxman Sea and extends across the Suutli Island.
