BOOKSELLERS , COMPLAINT.

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. A recommendation that no action be taken in regard to the request by the Wellington Booksellers' Association that the sale of newspapers and periodicals in the streets should be restricted to daily papers and race cards, was made by the by-laws committee of the Wellington City Council last night. The recommendation was adopted.
