PERJURY ALLEGED.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) TE KUITI, Tuesday. On a charge of perjury, Alexander Robert James Peterson was committed to the Supreme Court at Hamilton for trial. Accused pleaded not guilty and reserved his defence, bail being allowed. The charge arose out of a statement made in the Court at Te Kuiti on September 12, when accused was charged with driving a motor vehicle when not the holder of a driving license.
